Data Deletion Instructions

HyperMindZ.ai ("HyperMindZ", "we", "us", or "our") respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how you can request deletion of the personal data we hold about you, including any data obtained through Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising platforms such as Lead Ads and Custom Audiences.

This page supplements our Privacy Policy and our Facebook Data Privacy Policy.

How to Request Deletion of Your Data

To request deletion of your personal data, follow these steps:

1. Send an email to contactus@hypermindz.ai.
2. Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request.
3. In the body of the email, include:
   • The email address and/or phone number associated with your data.
   • If known, the advertiser, brand, or campaign the data relates to.
   • Any additional detail that helps us locate your records.

Once we receive your request, we will:

• Verify your identity or ownership of the data provided.
• Delete the relevant personal data from the systems we control.
• Instruct our service providers (sub-processors) to delete it where applicable.
• Confirm completion of your request by email, typically within 30 days.

Data Collected Through Facebook / Meta

If your data was collected through Meta (for example, by submitting a Facebook or Instagram Lead Ad form, or by being included in a Custom Audience), the same process applies. Email contactus@hypermindz.ai with the subject line Data Deletion Request and reference Facebook/Instagram so we can prioritize the relevant records.

Where the data was collected on behalf of one of our clients (the data controller), we will coordinate the deletion with that client and may direct you to them where they are the appropriate party to action your request.
