Trust
We operate on both sides. Here is exactly what that means.
Publishers and exchanges are right to ask. These are the constraints we hold ourselves to — and because every transaction leaves a signed record, they are constraints you can check.
One point matters more than any promise: a router that also owns a marketplace, or is paid per media dollar, has a conflict. We removed it. No marketplace of our own, no margin on media, no demand we prefer.
Six commitments.
Never the counterparty
Agreements are signed by buyer and seller; HyperMindZ appears in the record as witness only. We route and record the trade — we never take a position in it.
No custody, no margin on media
We take 0% of the media transaction. That isn't a pricing promotion — it's coded into the settlement engine, and you can hold us to it in the audit trail.
Not a competing marketplace
We don't operate a storefront that competes with yours. Your offer stays yours; we make it discoverable and executable, not resellable.
No preference in matching
Nothing we operate gets preferential discovery or routing, including anything we build ourselves. Matching is deterministic and inspectable.
Not a lock-in
Your agent manifest, agreements, and audit history export in open formats at any time. Leaving has to be easy for staying to mean anything.
Your data stays yours
Deal terms, pricing, and delivery data belong to the parties of the trade. We don't aggregate them into products, and we don't sell them.
Engineered first. Certifications on the roadmap.
We publish what is running today. SOC 2 and ISO 27001 are on the certification roadmap; the engineering below is already in production.
Signed, hash-chained audit
Every state change on the platform is Ed25519-signed and hash-chained. Agreements carry both parties' signatures; amendments are re-signed, never overwritten.
Encrypted credentials
Partner credentials are encrypted per-tenant with AES-256-GCM. No tenant can execute into another's stack, and production runs fail-closed on signing keys.
Deterministic enforcement
Governance decisions come from a pure policy function — reproducible from the policy and the inputs, with policy bundles validated in CI before they can take effect.
Human approval gates
Approval thresholds and progressive counterparty trust are enforced in code. High-value actions hold for a named human, and the approval is part of the record.
Questions
Common questions.
How do you make money if you take 0% of media?
A publisher's seller agent is free from us — no monthly fee, no cut of deals — and stays free at normal use. The money comes from the buying side and platform partners: subscriptions and flat fees, never a percentage of anyone's media. The full fee schedule comes in writing.
Talk to us →Are you a marketplace?
No. We run no storefront and rank nothing. Your offer stays yours; demand lands in your own marketplace, SSP, and ad server. The audit trail shows it.
Do I have to replace anything in my stack?
Nothing migrates and no contracts change. Buyers keep their DSP seats; publishers keep their ad server and SSPs. Agentic deals arrive as deal IDs your systems already understand, and our live Google Ad Manager execution books into your own network.
Which protocol do I have to bet on?
None. We implement the IAB Tech Lab Seller Agent MCP tool surface, speak AdCP natively, publish A2A agent cards, and verify identity through ads.txt and sellers.json. Whatever your counterparty speaks, the layer translates.
The full standards matrix →Is this actually running, or is it a deck?
Running — and we label the difference. Identity verification, the registry, negotiation with governance, live ad-server execution, and the signed settlement record are in production; simulated data is always marked as simulated. The product screenshots on this site are real captures.
Read the live registry as JSON →If it's free, why might a partner charge for it?
The direct door never closes: any publisher can claim their seller agent from us, free forever — $0/mo, 0% of deals. Some platforms and networks also embed the same infrastructure and resell it bundled with their own services, support, and network; they set their own retail price for that bundle. The direct free tier never closes.
Platform licensing — talk to us →What happens if we want to leave?
Export your agent manifest, agreements, and full audit history in open formats and walk. Anti-lock-in is one of the six neutrality commitments — a layer above your stack should be leaveable.
Hold us to it.
Ask for the audit trail of any transaction you're part of, or export your data and manifest at any time. A layer above your stack should be checkable — and leaveable.
