Facebook Data Privacy Policy

This Facebook Data Privacy Policy explains how HyperMindZ.ai ("HyperMindZ", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, shares, and deletes information obtained through the Meta advertising platforms — including Facebook, Instagram, and the Meta Ads and Marketing APIs — when we operate ad accounts and campaigns on behalf of ourselves and our clients.

This policy supplements our general Privacy Policy. Where a conflict exists in relation to Meta platform data, this policy controls.

Scope

This policy applies to data we access, receive, or process in connection with:

  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad accounts and Business Manager assets we operate.
  • The Meta Marketing API, Conversions API, and related Meta Platform integrations.
  • Custom Audiences and Lookalike Audiences built or activated through Meta.
  • Lead Ads and lead information submitted by users through Meta ad forms.
  • Insights and reporting data returned by Meta for campaigns we manage.

Information We Collect Through Meta

Depending on the campaigns and integrations in use, we may collect or process:

  • Ad and campaign data — campaign, ad set, and ad configurations, budgets, delivery, and performance metrics.
  • Aggregated insights — impressions, clicks, conversions, reach, and other reporting metrics provided by Meta. These are aggregated and do not identify individuals.
  • Lead Ads data — contact details a user chooses to submit through a Meta lead form, such as name, email address, and phone number, where our clients run lead-generation campaigns.
  • Custom Audience identifiers — hashed identifiers (for example, hashed email addresses) used to match and build audiences. We do not receive Meta's underlying user profiles.
  • Technical and event data — data sent to Meta via pixels or the Conversions API to measure ad effectiveness, subject to the consent and controls configured for each property.

We do not collect Facebook or Instagram passwords, and we do not access private profile content beyond what the relevant Meta permissions and our clients' authorizations allow.

How We Use Meta Data

We use data obtained through Meta only for legitimate advertising operations, including to:

  • Create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns.
  • Build and activate audiences and measure campaign performance.
  • Deliver reporting and analytics to our clients.
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and policy violations.
  • Comply with Meta's Platform Terms, advertising policies, and applicable law.

We do not sell Meta platform data. We do not use it for any purpose that is inconsistent with Meta's Platform Terms or the reasonable expectations of the people whose data is processed.

Data Sharing

We share Meta platform data only:

  • With the client on whose behalf a given ad account or campaign is operated.
  • With sub-processors and service providers who help us deliver the Service under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
  • With Meta itself, as required to operate campaigns and integrations.
  • Where required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.

Data Retention

We retain Meta platform data only for as long as needed to provide advertising services, meet reporting and contractual obligations, and comply with legal requirements. Aggregated insights may be retained for historical reporting. Lead and identifier data are retained in line with the instructions of the client controlling that data and are deleted when no longer required.

How to Request Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your data at any time. To request deletion of any personal data we hold that was obtained through Meta (Facebook or Instagram) — including Lead Ads submissions or Custom Audience identifiers — email us at contactus@hypermindz.ai with the subject line "Facebook Data Deletion Request".

Please include enough information for us to locate your records (for example, the email address or phone number you submitted, and the advertiser or campaign if known). We will verify the request, delete the relevant data from systems we control, and, where applicable, instruct our sub-processors to do the same. We will confirm completion, typically within 30 days.

Where the data was collected on behalf of one of our clients (the data controller), we will process the request in coordination with that client and may direct you to them where they are the appropriate party to action the request.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at contactus@hypermindz.ai.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices, Meta's requirements, or applicable law. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date above. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
